恋に落ちた女性が、約 5億6,000万円 の公金と約3,500万円 の自己資金をオンラインの恋人に捧げた驚くべき事件――。
MeetNKY（ケンタッキー州北部でコンベンションや観光サービスを提供する会社）の元財務部長、ブリジット・ジョンソンの痛ましい話です。
ブリジット・ジョンソンは、59歳の離婚歴のある2児の母親で、ケンタッキー州に住んでいました。2017年に彼女は Match.com という人気のオンラインデートサイトで男性と出会いました。

警察は共犯者の一人である キース・タッシャー を逮捕しましたが、主犯は未だ逃走中で捜査は続いています。
ブリジット・ジョンソンの話は、愛に溺れた女性が詐欺師に騙されてしまった悲しい事件です。

まず、詐欺師はメールで被害者に連絡してきます。それは何かあなたに問題があって支払いが発生したという内容です。

その後、詐欺師は被害者に指定の金額のギフトカードを買ってくれって頼みます。被害者はその指示に従って、ギフトカードを買ってしまいます。
そして、最後は被害者にギフトカードの情報を提供させます。
カードの番号やPINなどを詐欺師に教えてしまうと、詐欺師はそのギフトカードのお金を使ってしまいます。
そして被害者が支払ったお金は戻ってこないことがほとんどです。

Litexceは、仮想通貨の偽の取引所です。このサイトで取引すると Dreourと同様資金を窃取されるでしょう。どのような詐欺集団が運営しているかは不明ですが、Dreourと同じシステムを利用している模様です。
このサイトが詐欺サイトだと考える、4つの根拠についてご説明します。

一般に iOS や Android アプリは、公式サイトからでしかダウンロードできないような仕組みになっています。
この仕組みは、開発されたアプリが有害かどうかをAppleやGoogleがアプリをチェックしユーザーを守るためにあります。
ただ、例外として iOS は AdHoc という仕組みがあり、公式サイトを通さずともユーザにダウンロードさせることが可能です。
Androidアプリの方は iOS より規制が緩くアプリファイルを配置すれば、比較的用意に公式サイトを通さずともユーザにダウンロードさせることが可能です。
このような方法は、あくまで例外です。ユーザーにファイルを直接ダウンロードさせる方法は一般的には採用されず、信頼あるサイトや相手のみ許可し運用されるものです。
しかしながら、litexce.com にあるダウンロードページは、いずれもこの例外の方法によりアプリをダウンロードさせようとします。
これは、AppleやGoogleがチェックしていないアプリをユーザーが利用することになり、かなりハイリスクな方法です。
Litexceが公式サイトを経由させない理由が見当たらないため、これは有害なアプリであると考えるのが自然でしょう。

理由もなく危険な方法でユーザーにアプリをインストールさせようとする「Litexce」は、詐欺サイトだと考えるのが自然でしょう。
litexce.com、aliyuncs.comドメイン登録は匿名で登録されています。ドメイン登録情報のみで信頼性を判断することが難しい状況です。
ドメイン登録情報は次の通りで匿名化されています。Dreourと同じく、Registerはシンガポールのアリババとあります。

サイトにはDreourと同様に、

このサイトとアプリのダウンロードにあるURLは litexce.com ですが、実際にファイルが置かれているサーバは「http://aliyuncs.com」というサーバでした。直接アクセスするとつぎの表示でした。
aliyuncs.com というドメインですが誰が所有しているのでしょうか？
ドメイン登録情報は次の通りで匿名化されています。Registerは中国・北京のアリババとあります。
（Registerとは、ドメイン名の登録受け付けや支払いの業務を担当する組織で、指定事業者とも呼ばれます）
画像などもこのサーバー上にあるので、サイトのドメインとこのサーバの所有者は同じか、何らかの関係があると推測されます。
以上より、litexce.com または aliyuncs.comはいずれも匿名で登録されています。これは彼らが犯罪を犯した場合にはドメイン登録から彼らを特定することできない、という事になります。
そのため、信頼できると言ってお金を投資させようとしながら、ドメイン登録が匿名というのは身元不明の相手にお金を払うも同然のため、詐欺サイトとし警戒すべきです。
さらに、上記404ページに表示のあった、Tengineとはなにか？調べてみました。
すると、これは中国のオンラインモールである淘宝網が開発した「Webサーバ」であることが分かりました。
サイトにアクセスするとつぎの表記でした（翻訳済み）。オープンソースのNGINXの派生プロダクトと思われます。
このことから、調査時点では詐欺師サイトはつぎのようなシステム構成と推測されます。
被リンク数が０のため、このウェブサイトの信頼性は低いことを意味します。つまり、このサイトが言っている「信頼できるプラットフォーム」は嘘である可能性が非常に高いと思われます。
以上、litexce.com が詐欺取引所であることの根拠を４つご説明しました。海外サイトで所在も不明ですので、万が一詐欺に遭うと資金の回収は非常に困難です。このサイトでは取引しないよう十分お気をつけください。
